Grief Healing offers a compassionate space for anyone navigating loss. Through meditation, restorative movement, journaling, and supportive sharing, we honour grief while gently reconnecting to hope and renewal. This 5-week journey allows participants to process emotions at their own pace and find strength in community.
Grief can leave us feeling lost, heavy, or unable to move forward. TenderNest’s Grief Healing Programme creates a compassionate space for anyone navigating loss — whether recent or long-held.
Through meditation, restorative movement, journaling, and group sharing, we honour grief while gently reconnecting to hope and renewal. Over 5 weeks, participants are supported to process emotions in their own time and find strength in community.
Weekly Themes:
Week 1: Releasing the Pain – Grounding, somatic release, grief journaling
Week 2: Releasing the Burden of Guilt – Gentle movement, forgiveness circle, self-compassion meditation
Week 3: Finding Inner Peace – Grounding movement, sharing, calming meditation
Week 4: Healing Through Connection – Somatic release, sharing, heart-centred meditation
Week 5: Moving Forward with Grace – Empowering movement, reflections, gratitude practice
