Chair Yoga – Llanddewi Velfrey

Weekly Chair Yoga sessions supporting relaxation, mobility and emotional wellbeing through gentle accessible movement. Sessions focus on stretching, breathing, balance and creating welcoming community spaces for people of all abilities.

Create & Connect – Hermon Women’s Wellness Circles

A 4-week women’s wellbeing programme combining meditation, gentle movement, creativity and supportive women’s circles. Sessions encouraged reflection, confidence, emotional wellbeing and community connection in a safe and nurturing environment. Funded by Bluestone Foundation.

Finding Your Voice – VC Gallery, Pembroke Dock

A 4-week women’s empowerment programme supporting confidence, boundaries and personal safety through trauma-informed group support, reflection and discussion. The programme encouraged women to reconnect with their voice, confidence and self-worth. Funded by Bluestone Foundation.

ChairFit Programme

An inclusive 6-week wellbeing programme combining seated movement, ChairFit exercises, strength work and gentle cardio movement to support mobility, balance, confidence and wellbeing. The programme is dementia-friendly and designed to create accessible movement opportunities in community settings. TenderNest have been commissioned to deliver by Bro Preseli Day Centre.

Rhythm & Rise – Narberth

A joyful 4-week women’s movement programme combining yoga, breathwork and Bhangra-inspired movement to support wellbeing, confidence, creativity and joyful self-expression through movement and music. Partially funded by Warm Rooms funding.

Easter Dance & Yoga for Kids

An inclusive Easter holiday wellbeing session combining dance, yoga and creative movement activities for children. Sessions focused on confidence-building, fun, movement and emotional wellbeing in a supportive environment. TenderNest were commissioned to deliver this event by Llanddewi Velfrey Village Hall Committee.

An uplifting 4-week wellbeing programme combining energising Punjabi-inspired Bhangra fitness with calming yoga and mindful movement. Suitable for beginners and all levels.

RaniRise – Yin Yoga Programme

A gentle, slow-paced practice focused on deep rest, nervous system support, and mindful movement. Yin Yoga combines longer-held floor-based postures, breath awareness, and stillness to help release tension, improve flexibility, and create a sense of calm and balance.

Our classes are trauma-informed, welcoming, and suitable for all levels, offering a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your wellbeing through movement, breath, and relaxation.

RaniRise Hatha Yoga - Llanfallteg

A gentle and supportive yoga practice designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and calm through mindful movement and breath. Hatha Yoga combines flowing postures, stretching, relaxation, and breathing techniques to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Suitable for beginners and all levels, these welcoming classes offer space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and leave feeling more grounded, energised, and restored.
