Shahnaz Scully
Founding Director TenderNest CIC
Shahnaz brings over 30 years’ experience in early education, women’s wellbeing, and holistic practice. She leads TenderNest’s programmes, combining yoga, meditation, coaching, and creative healing to nurture resilience and empowerment.
Drawing on her lived experiences, Shahnaz founded TenderNest to create safe spaces rooted in the NEST approach — Nurture, Empower, Support, Transform — where women and communities can reconnect, heal, and grow.
Kimberley Morgan
Director & Community Development Adviser (Volunteer)
Kim is the founder of Gryff’s Mind Space CIC, created in memory of her son to support neurodivergent young adults and those facing mental health challenges. She is passionate about community partnerships, safeguarding, and trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care.
As a voluntary Director and Community Development Adviser for TenderNest, Kim contributes her knowledge of healing practice and community-based mental health support to help guide TenderNest’s community approach.
Beatrice Tibu
Director & Holistic Wellbeing Adviser (Volunteer)
Beatrice is a holistic reflexologist and massage therapist with a background in veterinary medicine. Guided by intuition and respect for the body’s wisdom, she offers heart-centred sessions that support healing, balance, and inner peace.
As a voluntary Director and Holistic Wellbeing Adviser, Beatrice shares her expertise in therapeutic practice to support TenderNest’s vision of nurturing safe, empowering community spaces.

Guinevere, founder of Baubo Belly Dance, is a tutor and performer with over 25 years’ experience in Wales and internationally. She runs classes, retreats, and creative programmes that celebrate the transformative power of belly dance, helping women build confidence, connection, and strength.

Nature & Wellbeing Practitioner
Based in Pembrokeshire, Geraint is the founder of G Nature & Wellbeing. He offers mindfulness and meditation-based sessions rooted in nature and sound, including forest bathing, gong journeys, and Himalayan singing bowl sound baths. His work helps people reconnect with themselves and the land.
