Walking the Path for Wellbeing
TenderNest is taking part in the Pembrokeshire ‘Walking the Path for Wellbeing’ initiative. We will be walking from Tenby to Saundersfoot coastal path on Friday 12th September 2025 (9am–12pm, meeting point TBC). This walk is a fundraiser to support TenderNest in delivering free monthly women’s community circles.

Bollywood & Bhangra Taster Workshop with Shaz Scully
Part of: Unbound – Creative Freedom series
Dive into an energising blend of Bollywood flair and traditional Punjabi Bhangra in this vibrant 2-hour taster session. Led by Shaz Scully, this workshop brings cultural expression to life—drawing on her Kashmiri roots and Punjabi heritage with warmth and authenticity.
No experience needed – just come along, move, and enjoy!

EmpowerHer: 10-Week Women’s Empowerment Programme
EmpowerHer is a 10-week programme designed for women who have experienced loss of confidence, struggle with boundaries, or are finding their voice again following challenging or traumatic experiences, including survivors of domestic abuse. The programme combines self-discovery, resilience building, and community connection.
Key themes include identity, healthy relationships, boundaries, resilience, self-care, gratitude, forgiveness, and empowerment.

Belly Dance Course with Guinevere Clark
Following the popular taster workshops, TenderNest is excited to launch a 4-week Belly Dance Course with Guinevere Clark in Haverfordwest. Guinevere is an established A–Z Belly Dance tutor, performer, and creator of The Belly Dancer’s Treasure Pack. With over 25 years’ experience, she brings passion and expertise to empower women through dance, confidence building, and creative movement.

£80 for the full course – hip scarfs & veils provided
The Menopause Programme – 5 Weeks
A supportive 5-week journey for women pre, during, and post-menopause. This programme looks at sleep, emotional wellbeing, nutrition, and strength training. Sessions include restorative yoga, breathwork, journaling, and guided meditation, with a focus on both body and mind.
